Not entirely true. Web sites of less than 10 pages will show up (mine does, with good local rankings). More pages just make it easier.
I agree with previous comment. I have gotten a number of websites ranked with jusr 4 – 5 pages of content.
Totally agree – this is absolutely wrong! There are many . many site that are less than 10 pages that rank extremely well.
Having said that, adding more RELEVANT content is always a good thing and will help maintain or improve your ranking.
