I have to say that I am surprised that Big Y is taking out their self service check outs but I can see why they are… People don’t want to wait for people who take longer to get through the check out, then with all the problems the self-servers have… many people just ended up going to regular check outs anyway. Good business decision!

But yes, flexibility is essential in business. Adaptation is an important characteristic of a leader because business goes through constant change. How can a business reach it’s top success without change?
